CSS样式重置的样式表代码reset.css和normalize.css

有些标签默认含有内外边距，且不同浏览器大小也不一样。为了统一我们可以重置标签的 CSS 默认样式。

重置样式表的目标是减少浏览器在默认行高、边距和标题字体大小等方面的不一致。
